“ Ashley Marie Robillard sang with beauty and precision even in her most comic moments.
Hers is the voice I’d
most like to hear again.”
Heralded for her “fresh brook lyric soprano,” opera singer Ashley Marie Robillard is making waves as a musical artist and passionate storyteller. A champion of new music and standard repertoire alike, she holds a fondness for jump-ins and programs of repertoire ranging from opera houses to chamber halls to cabaret bars.
She has performed in prestigious halls such as the
War Memorial Opera House, Verizon Hall, the Academy of Music, Jordan Hall, the National Portrait Gallery, and esteemed organizations including Opera Philadelphia, Washington Concert Opera, the Amarillo Symphony, the Dolce Suono Ensemble, and Music from Angel Fire.
An alumna of the Merola Opera Program, Wolf Trap Opera, Opera Philadelphia’s Emerging Artist Program, and the Curtis Institute of Music, Ashley seeks to build community with joy, catharsis, solidarity, and hope through the medium of music and their tales old//new//timeless//eternal.
